“I love this denny's. I've been twice since moving here and it's been the most wonderful experience both times. The staff is so utterly welcoming and joyful it's so wonderful. The server I had last night, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He gave such amazing service and was so funny. He delivered my hot chocolate in a way that could never be imagined and created a lifetime memory with my friend. Truly a great man. Thank you Mike. All the servers and workers there are so kind- multiple checked in to make sure our food was good. Overall this denny's is amazing. And it's decorated for fall and is so cozy. Please, go to this denny's. Especially at any time after 8-9pm.“

“We had a great experience at Connie’s Diner in Waterloo! The staff was very friendly. We waited just a few minutes for a table, and once we ordered, our food came out quickly. There were five of us, and not one complaint about the food. Everything was simply delicious! The menu has plenty of choices, including breakfast all day, and the prices are reasonable. Their milkshake menu is so unique, too! I loved the old-school diner atmosphere. Just a heads-up: they’re cash only, but they have an ATM available. Highly recommend!“

“Found our new go-to breakfast spot! If you’re looking for a classic diner experience, Lena May's is the place to go. From the friendly wait staff from the moment we walked in, to the amazing home cooked feel. Brody told us of how the place got it's name and how it's a family affair run business. Stop in and try it you won't be disappointed or leave hungry.“
“Wow! such a nice place to eat. The overall atmosphere is bright and inviting and the hospitality is great. I ordered the special, the French Omelet. Every bite was delicious. The homemade bread is fantastic too! Next time I'm in town I know exactly where to go for a great meal.“

“What we had was good, ribs and a Cuban sandwich with sides. When I go to a “BBQ” joint I always order their brisket! It’s my standard for judging the quality. This place didn’t offer any. Chicken, Pork and Beef. The waitress was great!“
