I came yesterday and ordered a venti coffee, and someone gave me some nasty drink. I came back today cause I don't live around here. On my way home I stopped by and was informed that the policy changed and was asked if called, now it has to be within 24 hours to make some type of claim. That's very convenient to switch policies when is convenient for them
During morning rush, order 30min ahead. That’s how long it took for a regular coffee all 3 times. Customers that paid on the register got their orders much quicker. Coffee always tastes great so I only come here during off peak hours or if not in a rush.
Went to this location on September 7th and can’t stop talking about the wonderful employees. Sophia is super friendly taking my order. Adam and Eliot makes the best drinks.My drink is a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the 2 previous orders from different locations has been disgusting. But Adam made my drink so delicious that I had to stop myself from drinking the entire thing while waiting for my husband’s drink. Only made it to 3 exits in the LIE before...
