Carvel Syosset never fails! Jared is the most creative when it comes to ice cream cakes and he custom designs them anyway you like! My party guests were raving about it!
Great customer service that you don't see much these days. The shop made an honest mistake on my order and without hesitation, made it right. The little things like a personal call often go overlooked, but the owner here took the time to address it live, which was much appreciated. Oh, and the cakes are well made, they definitely don't skimp! I've seen plenty of carvels who do, but not this one.
