“They didn't have enough chicken for my order so they asked me if I was willing to wait for fresh chicken and when I said yes, I was thanked! Gratitude and smiling faces go really far! They then gave me a 10% discount and a free drink! The wait was worth it and they put in fresh biscuits, Mac & cheese, potatoes and gravy! Yummy“

“I drove thru the KFC in Binghamton for my weekly yummy chix, soft biscuits and mashed potatoes. It was only $5 ; you can’t beat that. No cooking, yay!!!!! The stunning girl in drive thru greeted me with a big smile and gave me wonderful service!!! Shoutout to Binghamton store for putting a smile on MY face and yummy, yummy food! See you next week.“
