On 12/8 I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through to take my code for an online order. I eventually drove up and another person who was also waiting was arguing with the drive through workers. After sitting behind them for 15 minutes I cancelled my order and drove away. No one took a single order through the drive through the entire time I was in line. I’m not sure what was happening but I left hungry.

Horrible service overall. Forget going through the drive thru when the lobby closes because you’ll be there waiting for 45 mins just to get ur order taken, then to get ur drink and it’s never full. I just don’t get it.. the one day I had went inside, there was slimy mold on the drink spouts. It’s disgusting and definitely a safety hazard. I used to think this was the only good McDonald’s around but they just seemed to go down hill… I’m never eating here or any other McDonalds around here again before me or my family gets sick from not cleaning the machines ..

Told me my order couldn’t be fulfilled because of 20+ doordash orders that were also placed. I already paid for it too. Now i get the pleasure of waiting 3-7 business days to get a refund…guys seriously

The one on Court Street has really gone downhill. I used to work here, and the service was better . Now they have these untrained kids on headset. There's No "Welcome to McDonald's. may I take your order?" They make you semit at the speaker for over 3 minutes or longer. They don't know how to take an order and cash someone out at the same time. Then ,the ones working in the 2nd window don't pull cars to the 3rd window or parking spots. It's very sad that everyone is getting food cold or drinks watered down. They need to retrain these kids and make them understand that the customer is who's important to keep the business going and to be considered a 5 star restaurant.

I’ve ordered online multiple times only to have my order cancelled. I’m sick of this! Plus there’s no compensation other than a refund that takes multiple days?! The restaurant I work for does much better to help customers that get screwed over. I know it’s not your restaurants fault, but whoever owns your franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Food consistently the same. Decent service. It's McDonald's it is what it is
I went to use the drive through because there were not that many cars. Pulled in around 5:42 pm and finally pulled out at around 6:15 pm. So it takes about 40 minutes to get my food and leave. Not only that, when I did get my food they forgot two cheeseburgers so I had to go inside and they were just sitting there on the pickup counter. Good food but overall, not worth the hassle.

Anytime I come in it is usually busy but the line goes down pretty fast. when I do my mobile orders which I do more frequently, my order is ready and waiting for me when I walk through the door! I really like how just recently I ordered online and I could not receive my Frape because the CO2 was down but not only did they say I could come in and get one the next day but they also treated me with another item as well
