My fries were super hot and gooey. I must say this was a great day to receive fries like that so I was happy. I will try and swing by today to see if I am still lucky enough to get that same treatment🤣

Went through the drive through guy who was taking my order was so rude was yelling at me because I didn’t understand what one of the meals was then asked him if I had ordered something he told me to look at the screen horrible service. I will not be back pretty sad when your 6 year old kids say that guy was rude

Third mcdonalds in a row that didnt have milkshakes that day...if you cant make a milkshake when I want it ill go to sonic I instead...fine for all other reasons but the milkshake thing is always an annoying problem.

I'm posting this review based on my experience about 20 minutes ago. As many others have posted their reviews, I'm not the exception. I took my kids after school to get something quick to eat, but what we got was very UNPROFESSIONAL! The drive thru employee was very rude and condescending. Not only did my kids got to hear the rudeness and disrespect over the intercom, but also got to see a taste of how bad management is. Both the employee and manager refused to take my order when I was respectfully trying to defuse the situation. They either have to find a different job or be better trained at providing genuine customer service. What a shame and a bad taste! If you can avoid this location, please do so. Also, Owners, if you are truly reading this and want to keep your business afloat, please review and reconsider your staff. No business can last without true customer service and respect to the PAYING customers!

so slow, ordered food through the app and when i showed up there were two people in the drive through waiting to make there order. We waited so long that people that showed up after me left. mind you not a word has been said on the system to let us know what’s going on, the guy waiting as i write this is questioning if they are even open. Yall need to do something about this

If you are looking to patiently wait for a two-item order for over 45 min, this is the McDonald's for you. Also, if you dont like Smoothies or Frappes or cappuccino, you won't need to worry here because their machine is always on the fritz. Not sure if it's the staff, lack of, or management challenges, but this is by far the worst McDonald's in the southern tier. There was a point where it was the best on service, but they need to rework their franchise. Its not McDonald's worthy!
