This joint is a no frills, none existing decor, plain and downright hole in the wall. However, the chili dogs are the best I've ever eaten and we'll worth the trip. The cash register is over 70 years old and the owners are very friendly. Thumbs up all the way!
Best chili dogs you're going to find, both in Broome County and beyond. I have been searching high and low for chili dogs around the country that have a better flavor that the dogs at Tony's Texas Hots, and I still have yet to find anything that comes close.

The food was great! We had a couple of chili cheese dogs with onions, a drink, and some fires. The atmosphere was a bit retro/nostalgic. It was kind of like stepping back in time. The service was very FAST but friendly! The only possible issue with this place is that it only accepts cash, no credit/debit cards.
