The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly. My husband and I first tried Sam's on our anniversary and loved it so much that we took the kids one evening for dinner. I have used them numerous times and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious with all the fixings, tasty sides, and plenty of options to please everyone. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. Everything was set up beautifully and served right on time. “So very frustrating when the woman at the phone is incredibly rude and refuses to help a costumer. the order took 2 hrs to get to our house and she was the worst to talk to and experience we have had there or anywhere in town. my family, friends and myself have bought food at Vince's our whole lives and this really is a pity. She refused for us to speak to Vince or help us. she clearly has no customer service skills what so ever.”

“Mu first time there was today. I wish they had a highchair. My iced latte was great. The atmosphere was very nice in there. I liked that they had tables and chairs and couches. But with no highchair for my little girl it was tough to get to really relax and enjoy myself as I was fighting with her and my drink”
