Came thru the drive thru for a quick bite on our way to help a friend. Lexi was very friendly ,helpful & positive !!! You don't see that alot in young people. Very nice experience !!!! Everyone at this location is friendly & willing to help
Sad to say. They don't do chicken right anymore. Ordered some chicken tenders a few days ago. The quality was no better than tenders I could get out of the frozen food aisle at the market. Not to mention it was overpriced. First time I visited a KFC in a while. I wont be coming back.

KFC seems to vary a lot from one location to another. This location in Johnstown, NY has been good. I've been there twice and the food was all hot, the chicken was fresh, crispy, juicy, and tender both times. It truly was "finger lickin' good."The atmosphere is what I would expect of a fast food restaurant. Nothing fancy.
