“So very frustrating when the woman at the phone is incredibly rude and refuses to help a costumer. the order took 2 hrs to get to our house and she was the worst to talk to and experience we have had there or anywhere in town. my family, friends and myself have bought food at Vince's our whole lives and this really is a pity. She refused for us to speak to Vince or help us. she clearly has no customer service skills what so ever.“

The one gentlemen and I had a honest conversation about work and he made me feel better about my day. And that one single slice of pizza was heaven.
