La Familia Katonah in Katonah NY is a welcoming spot with courteous staff. The meatball sub was a New Haven CT quality match. The awesome pizza and great service come highly recommended, especially for first responders. Even after hours, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a late Sunday night order for a family with kids coming from the airport. Delivery of tomato soup and peppers and egg was outstanding, and the delivery person was a pleasure who always goes above and beyond. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to get in and out, with staff happy to help if needed. Recently, they hosted a small birthday get-together at home and tried a catered lunch, ordering two half trays of gnocchi and salmon Rappini. The food was delicious, and the packaging was very careful and sturdy. Service and customer friendliness were outstanding, with staff being very responsive and caring about the quality of the experience. Given the current prices in many restaurants, the quality and quantity offered make La Familia Katonah a great choice for small gatherings at home. Their delicious food and excellent customer service keep customers loyal and satisfied.
