I wish I took pictures of the food. Everything was delicious. As for beer, we had the Pilsner which was light and refreshing. For lunch we had the Greek salad which was huge and tasty. Loved the dill and the generous amount of olives and feta. We also had the Brussel sprouts which were roasted and slightly sweet and tangy. My husband couldn't stop raving about them! We also had the wings with buffalo sauce which were perfectly cooked and yummy and finally we had the mushroom pizza which was loaded with mushrooms and garlicky goodness!! What a Fantastic meal! The view from the outdoor seating is stunning and the servers are extremely friendly. Totally worth the hour plus drive!

Fantastic gem of a brewery--a fun place to hang with great service, an impressive and diverse beer selection, and food you should absolutely not sleep on either. Everything feels casual and fun yet well thought out--even their can artwork and merch is top notch. Everyone or who I spoke to about the place talked about their wood-fired pizzas, to the extent I thought maybe it was the only food this place offered. But nah, they feature full menu with a nice selection of apps (huge pretzel sticks w/ beer cheese, tasty nachos) and a really impressive smash burger with nice crispy fries. Even the salad was decent. TVs muted but tuned to the NFL playoffs, quality food, lots of beers on tap...that's a recipe for a fine, fine evening! Beers were mostly very good, and enjoyed talking with the bartender, who helped me select a nice bottle-aged selection to go. Strong IPAs, particularly The Ruckus (remix), but interesting and varied other options including a solid Epoch kolsch. Didn't love a "sour" that was just too sweet, but a noble (to me) failure. In an area perhaps known more for wineries, this brewery was our favorite stop of them all.

An out of the way spot that you might only know is there if actively looking for it. Easy to pass on Route 90 as the property in non-descript and is somewhat hidden back of the road 50-60 yards. Have been there three times in the last two months and have loved the beers and food each time. The seasonal Reindeer Breath (coffee stout) was outstanding and Orange Cookies may make my avowed beer-hating wife a believer yet. Didn't notice an overcharge on my bill on a recent visit until I had gotten home. Returned the next day with receipt and was given a comped meal (delicious burger with perfectly seasoned fries) and pint. Made things right and will be a customer for life!!!

What a wonderful slice of heaven this place is... We went here for dinner and some beers right at sunset. The views were second to none, the pizzas were great (highly recommend the pulled Burrata and Arugula), and the beers were also delicious. Seems to be mostly self service ie. Walk in, sit yourself, grab your own menus and utensils, and order at the bar but that didn't bother us.

Aurora Brewing, Bushnell’s Basin, New York. We visited Aurora Brewing on December 19th just after 3:00 on a cold gray afternoon. Our initial disappointment was that the new ownership Aurora Brewing does not allow dogs inside. an automatic one-star deduction, as all well-mannered children and dogs should be welcomed components of any "community pub” Many of us were sorry to see Seven Stories Brew Pub disappear. A little sad to see all that Seven Stories had created, to now be unchanged and operated by new owners. When we walked in the first thing, we noticed was it was cold, maybe between 60 and 65 degrees. A little chilly to be ordering a chilled libation on a 28degree Rochester afternoon. For those that appreciate IPAs, Their Rock Lobster IPA was very tasty. If your partner prefers a wine as did mine, she was pleased to see a more sophisticated wine list that included wines from Austria, Southern France, and Italy. As perhaps these wines are reasonably priced at between $12. & $14. For a measured pour at a full-service restaurant, they are a bit pricy for a pub without service nor a kitchen. Overall, very chilly, good beverages, a little overpriced, No Dogs allowed inside. Aurora Brewing will not attract me back during these colder months. We will see what spring brings.

Beer is so flavorful and the descriptions couldn't be more on point. Each hop profile described can be tasted in the beer. Very unique and flavorful beers. Would highly recommend if you are a beer enthusiast. We tried anything from their IPAs to Pilsner to the Fruited Berliner Weisse. We also opted for some apps to go with our beer tasting as we visited late afternoon (chips/queso and fried pickles). Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and I would highly recommend if you seek out breweries on your travels. We visited their Aurora location, but love that they also expanded to Rochester.

Food is pretty good... If you actually get it served. This was the second time visiting Aurora Brewing Company. The first time our order was incorrect. We chalked it off as a fluke, paid for the extra food even though the other people at our table were done eating and figured everyone makes mistakes. It happens. That was in July 2023. My husband and I came back for our anniversary week in October 2023. Our order again was not taken correctly. I ordered fries with my wrap. It came with chips. And my husband's burger and chips never showed up. I went back for another glass of wine, asked about the fries and what happened to the burger? The guy chuckled and said I forgot to add the fries. I asked again about the burger. The burger was never put on the order. So, even after having received my meal, I said okay add the burger, put fries on there and we will figure it out. I went back to our table wait for the burger before I ate my wrap. We had also ordered nachos, so we figured we would munch on those while we waited. We waited at least 20-25 more minutes. Probably more like 30 minutes. I finally broke down and started eating my wrap without the fries figuring they would arrive soon. Alas, the burger and fries NEVER showed. Finally, we had to get going. My husband went to close the tab, told him we never got a meal. No burger and fries. There was no apology. No comp of a drink. Nothing. Zero customer service. Suffice it to say, since this happened both times we came to eat, we won't be going back. We wanted to like it. Great view of the vines. Good beer. But if they can't get a food order correct, even after me going back up to politely correct it, we aren't taking another chance. Last week we ate up the road. Wonderful service. We gave a 25+% tip to the staff and tipped the attendant an extra $20. At Aurora Brewing Company we weren't expecting the Ritz. The Finger Lakes Cider House across the lake has the same order at the counter service and no problems there. We just expect simple service and getting the food we ordered. If there is a mistake, just make it right. ABC, there is a reason you got a $3 tip and we won't be back. We also didn't purchase the beer to take home that we had planned, nor did we buy the swag we thought we might. Too disappointed. It's not too much to ask that an order be taken correctly and that everyon's meal arrive together. Even Pizza Hut can do that. We expect more from an establishment in such a restaurant rich area of the Finger Lakes where hospitality is key. We aren't hard to please. A simple apology probably would have greatly helped. A comp of one of our drinks would have made up the hassle of my husband never receiving his meal and we could have at least had some empathy. But it was just horrible to be ignored... Twice in one visit... And then no apology, just a reaction like it was something that happens all the time. Which it probably does since it happened back in July as well.

Great view of Cayuga Lake, laid back atmosphere. Awesome beer selection, fun flights too. Went for pizza and wings tonite, both excellent! Pizza was fresh tasting, excellent sauce, wings were actually crunchy and so so good! Love this place!

This place has great food and excellent service. Also, add a great atmosphere and stunning view of beautiful Cayuga Lake with stunning sunsets!
