To start I came in and nobody was at the host stand for 5 minutes. Finally someone comes and sits us and I come to realize there is a booger on my seat. Then we get comfortable and Scotty come over and asks what we wanted to drink I said a Pepsi. He comes back with a sprite. Then I order 6 boneless hot wings and it come back to 6 bone in garlic parm. Absolutely nasty he never asked how our food was or asked us for refills. Absolutely ridiculous. If you guys come to this location and get Scotty please ask for a different server.

wouldn't know how the food taste went to the establishment and I swear I waited 20 mins. no waitress or nothing so I walked out but before I did I spoke with a lady that said she could get someone to come take my order I was like I've been here 20 mins no drink no communication with no one... lol and the bad thing is they wasn't busy... seen some workers talking and laughing and a few poking there heads out the back to look at customers I guess...
Burgers come with french fries coleslaw and a pickle But that's the way the burgers used to be.And they don't do that anymore.

Order went smooth but I didn't receive the mild wings i ordered instead they gave me super hot ones we could not even eat. I called to advise the location manager and was told that was the way the order was placed yet I have no proof of that??? It was today at 5:20 PM at the Kingston NY location. I am very upset about this we brought them home 20 miles away after a day of shopping. also the celery sticks were BROWN and rotten on the end???Parking: doesn't matter
