I only ordered 3 things, chicken fries, a whopper jr and a side of honey mustard. They messed up my order, told me to wait while they served 8 people before me. And then once they gave me my food 10 minutes later, they forgot to include the honey mustard which they charged me extra for. Terrible customer service…

It all depends on who is working the day you come to eat , there are one maybe 2 nice managers who make us feel comfortable. We spend alot of money there. We just want the food right the first time every time. We always spend 30 dollars or more . There is an associate woman who works the counter and drivethrough alot she is very quiet and worked there a long time she is wonderful, and also Darcy that works in kitchen , when Darcy is working our food is always perfect.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Some pot holes.

It seems that they just can not get a simple order right. This store has an issue with your way. I came through last night around 10:30 and ordered a $5 my way meal, a jr wopper without mayo. Got a wopper jr without mayo and ketchup. Incompetent people run this store stay clear....!

I ordered 2 whopper meals with cheese. A original chicken sandwich and a number 10 which is a big fish meal. All the food was old as hell. My fish was a dark brown soak square. The chicken was dry from sitting . I would of returned all the food,except that I bought it on my way home to Hudson. Never again.

Each and everytime I make an order from this burger king the order is always missing multiple items. I’ve called and complained a few times and they just tell me to come back or next time I go they can replace it. I don’t drive and when I explain this and tried to find a resolution the manager on duty was rude and hung up the phone on me.

I live in kingston and Broadway ? king has a employee who gives me a hard time she calls my name trying to be wise. Telling me the grill is not on they don't want you to order burgers for breakfast. I had to go to ulster bk.she works at the drive thru. So I'm not going there no more.
