My fiance & I went via drive-thru to order our dinner. The employee was quickly attentive & patient & extremely humourous making our order placing pleasant. Afterwards we had 4 gotten a few things & requested them & again was recived with no issues & with humor. Upon receiving our items we checked 2 b sure everything was correct & it was in fact perfect & the food was actually freshly made cuz it was extremely hot. If ever I'm in that area again & feeling hungry I would hope that it wasn't just that particular employee that made our night & that the other employees are just as enjoyable as he was.

I limit myself to fast food as a once in a while treat. And while I have the normal amount of regret, I'm always pleasantly surprised at how kind and caring the employees are here- no matter how busy it is. The place hums efficiently even if it has mile long lines. To a customer, I've noticed how the staff respectfully interact even when things are chaotic. It's always very tidy and the food is always dang near close to the photos- which cannot be said for most fast food spots!

I don’t come here a lot, but today was an exceptional visit. Ordered the #10 breakfast meal with vanilla ice coffee and thankfully the ice coffee was amazing this morning unlike some of my other morning visits. Young gentleman who took my order Noah was very friendly and precise with my order. It’s always great coming in here to see Jackie working in the kitchen because I know my food will be right and delicious. Jackie is very friendly and a great person. Kudos to Jackie and Noah! Dining area was very clean and atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you for stating my morning off right with great service!

I only ordered 3 things, chicken fries, a whopper jr and a side of honey mustard. They messed up my order, told me to wait while they served 8 people before me. And then once they gave me my food 10 minutes later, they forgot to include the honey mustard which they charged me extra for. Terrible customer service…
