Run to this place. Get everything on the menu. Some of the best Mexican food in NY state if not the east coast. Ask about the specials. Try the homemade agua frescas. Top favorites buche, cabeza, cochinita pibil and champulines con nopal tacos.
We called in to place an order not realizing that they were closing momentarily (like 5mins before closing). They were more than happy to assist us and made no mention of the closing etc and proceeded to make us the most incredible food. We had a similar experience with another similar restaurant in the same area and after placing an online order to pick up in 30 mins we arrived with 20 mins to close and they told us they didn’t get the 100$ order and they were closing soon...read full review
Amazing, authentic Oaxacan food! The tamales were so good. The service is warm and hospitable! Highly recommend.
