I ordered one of their cold Brews and the employee kindly advise me that the $2 special for that drink was between certain hours and I was ordering it outside of those hours. The manager overheard and came out and told the employee to go ahead and sell it to me at the special price anyway. Now that's good business.
Anytime I have ever Went to This Dunkin I'm Greeted By two young ladies with nothing but beautiful smiles. At this point i go there as much as I can and I see Them both ALL THE TIME . Their name's are Evelyn & Megan . They're always making sure my frozen coffees are right and that they taste Amazing. When i do go there I always see them both working very hard ,And they're killing it. BETTER THEN Starbucks !!! These girls are AMAZING!!

I go into dunkin everyday. At least 3x a day. Ever since management has switched last week nothing has been the same. And i always have to have them fix my coffee.. i spend entirely too much money in there everyday to have bad customer service..
