Came here 12/08/2024 approximately 4:30 pm with my family through drive through. Worker taking customers orders was unprofessional, laughing with co workers over the headset. Worker asked what could I get you today. My mother said can I get a cold brew coffee, worker didn't hear due to laughing so my mother repeated herself slowly and what she wanted on it. Worker continued laughing under his breath which we took personal. Let him know that we are paying customers, repeat customers, that it is not respectful to do on the clock or to anyone at all. Also very unprofessional. It's very stressful time financially, and emotionally. An interaction can make someone's day or upset ones day. Thank you for upsetting our day. Will not be back to this location.

The DD in the CVS Plaza, 1285 Ulster Ave, Kingston, NY 12401 is horrible. It's positioning in relation to the main roadway is awful (there's always a line and cars are crisscrossing everywhere). And their staff is the slowest service staff I've ever come across (even though there are quite a number of people working there all the time). I love the Dunk but I'm going to take a pass on this one from now on.

I used to love this dunkin, but after watching workers throw peoples food onto the counter (which is not an exaggeration)I think I’m gonna start going somewhere else. I’d rather not have food that was tossed like garbage.

The new Dunkin closest to me still hasn’t opened, so unfortunately I still go here. If you order a donut or munchkins or anything like that, the drive thru folks will forget and you will have to tell them. If you order ahead they will forget to give you something almost every time. Not only that but for some reason my food tastes like the inside of a microwave when I go to this location. Not every time, but more than you’d want. It’s freakin disgusting. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient, and because of that, it can get busy. The parking lot DESPERATELY needs to be redone. People leaving CVS, people pulling in from ulster Ave, folks in the drive thru line not pulling ahead enough, there only being room for a handful of cars in line before it becomes a hazard… I’ve been going here for 15 years and the drive thru situation keeps getting worse. It’s an absolute mess. Hopefully the Hurley drive thru opens soon and is less crappy than this one has become.

On several occasions I have had issues with either being rushed through my order or having a rude greeter. Today while placing an order, the greeter not only rushed me through my order, I was placing a larger order due to it being for my crew I was working with for the day they then began laughing. They also continued to interrupted me while ordering items stating " can I get you anything else" mid way speaking about my order. I called to place a complaint but I was notified there wasn't a manager on shift. I requested a contact number for a manager and again was denied this being told I would have to contact them while on shift. I asked when and they said possibly tomorrow but not sure. This specific store has gotten my orders wrong on numerous occasions, rude staff, waiting in line in the road. It's sad I have to cross a bridge to get appropriate service.

Hey everyone!
So I stop at this Dunkin' Donuts pretty much every single morning. For the most part almost all the staff is friendly and understanding and they do listen. There are times when I do get hitter misses with my coffee. You know where they accidentally let the pot sit there too long and the coffee's cold and I have to give it back to them and have to make it all over again. But for the most part I'm more than happy to sit and wait extra for a fresh hot pot of coffee. Every morning I stop at my local Dunkin' Donuts because it's literally about 2 minutes from where I live. I mean yes I can drive down the road to the other Dunkin' Donuts which I might actually start doing. Just because the service on the drive through is a little more consistent. The way the drive through staff talkss the customers that help to pay their paycheck is rude condescending and disrespectful. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and I've never yet spoke to a guest or customer in that manner. Heck I could get better service if I went to McDonald's at least they know how can I help you instead of what can I do for you. According to the young girl that I spoke with this morning she said that the store has absolutely no standards on how they're employees speak to guests on the drive-thru. Saying what can I do for you. The way it's said in the way it's spoken is totally disrespectful. It shows that you just don't care about the customers coming in. How hard is it for you to say how can I help you every other restaurant including every other Dunkin's knows how to say that on their drive thru except for your building The way this employee speaks to the gas on the Drive-thru is ridiculous. So hopefully something's getting fixed. But as of this morning this is the last time I am going to this Dunkin' Donuts until they fix their standards.
Remember all have fun what you're doing and keep it real because you know I do with each and every review. If you want great customer service go to a different Dunkin' Donuts because this Dunkin' Donuts does not have The actual customer service aspects going for them.

Past several visits to this location certain staff members are very rude and nasty . I tip in drive through even if I only get a coffee so I’m not sure why they’re still rude ? Donuts are thrown in the bags so the icing is face down or glued to the second donut . I’d rather go to another location or Starbucks in the future

The employees are all really great and trying their best, the only down side is the very rude costumers that act like toddlers when they don’t get their way. Thank you Dunkin’ employees for having patience with these awful people.

Only purchased beverages and two donuts. Total came to $9.56. Gave cashier a ten and 56 cents in voin so we could get a dollar back. She gave my husband eighty cents. ?♀️ she must have keyed tve wrong amount into the register.

Like most dunkins ordering inside can be a bit long to be notified but they are fast and do great at the drive thru getting orders out and all of them stay busy so it's not purposely, honestly it's my favorite store around here and it helps that every employee who serviced me was very pleasant and make sure you get what you asked for,
