Placed an order for a delivery. When the order was delivered, the milkshake was not included in the order. I called and was told that I had to come in to get it, which defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. I refused to drive over 10 miles to get the other half of my order after paying for delivery. I asked for a refund for the undelivered item. I was told by the Supervisor that I would receive the refund in a couple days. To date, I have not received any refund. I have suffered my loss. Buyer beware!!!

The staff is excellent. Burgers built to order and the fries the best. The freestyle soda machine mixes too much seltzer every time. Ambient music just right (other locations BLAST too loud). Good times.Parking: Limited entry from main rd 9w use caution. Plenty of spaces near door.

Went for takeout. Busy place! Well located near my hotel. Had the little cheeseburger. Delicious. Had to wait a little but that means it's fresh. Wish I could have had French fries but after a day on the road... eating my three meals in restaurants... something's gotta give.

I placed an order for a wedding after party and was so impressed! I called ahead, and they made sure to have everything ready by my pick up time and made sure everything was included. All of the wedding guests were super happy with the food and said I did a great job, which made for a wonderful night! I couldn’t have done it without the help of this Five Guys team. Thank you!!Dietary restrictions: One of the grooms was GF/DF and they made him a personal “burger bowl” with no bun or cheese, which worked out great! Even though he was GF/DF, he could enjoy the same food as everyone else.

I don't understand how every other five guys has great fries, and this place always the soggiest fries I have every taste. Mushy and undercooked everything single time.Never had a bad French fry at any other five guys, this place I have had good fries twice since they opened

This place just tried to rip me off! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they said my card was declined and I'd have to reorder. Told them nevermind and left. Checked my account and sure enough the money was taken! Went back in and showed them and who I assume is the manager said it's pending. Of course it's pending! I literally just paid for it! Everything I buy is pending for a bit. But they still take my money. I've worked in fast food so I try to be nice to people that work in fast food but don't try to rip me off.
