My work place orders pizza from K&G which is mediocre at best. Recently due to needing food delivered my work placed a large order and found after giving the order a few time to check for correctness, there was three orders that were not correct. We are a not for profit and was charged tax even though we have ordered a number of times and give tax exempt form. I have had 2 awful experiences with this restaurant. The first was an order of hot subs, which were all soggy, tasteless and left much to be desired. I did not complain. The second order was a large cheese pie, which arrived a mangled mess of cheese and sauce, as if tilted on one side. There was also a large order of fries that were over cooked and tasted as if cooked in old oil. It was an embarrassment to present to my guests. I called about just the state of the pizza. Horrible service. I ordered a pizza at 9.10pm. It is now 10.44pm and I have not seen the color of my pizza yet. I tried to call their phone number multiple times but nobody is answering. Probably because they are closed right now. This is f...... up! The text from seamless said the pizza should have been here by 10.10pm. Never again... They are going to give me my money back. Horrible, stay away...
