You all need to talk to you staff, went through the drive they paid and just got my order and the young lady opened her window before I got my food in the car and asked me to move up, Really WTF. I just paid didn’t pull my arm back in the car. Really. Stupid people need to go home and claim stupid

KFC offers a mixed experience with worn fixtures and overcooked chicken, leaving some customers disappointed and feeling overpriced. However, the customer service was top-notch and the staff worked hard to satisfy orders. While some pieces of chicken were burnt and not fresh, the great fries and friendly service somewhat made up for it. The food itself is okay, but the poor service and unclean environment really overshadow that. The restaurant is consistently dirty with sticky floors and un-wiped tables. It is a hit-or-miss experience where staff can be rude and the place is a mess, but there are also wonderful, sincere employees who go the extra mile.
