The location is adorable. However, the service was terrible and even worse when considering the price of the dishes. $24 for a small bowl of pasta. $16 for three small meatballs. $10 for soft serve ice cream. I get it, Kingston is bougie now. But one of the food came out at the same time. One dish would be served, the person would eat, then as they were finishing someone else’s would arrive. This happened three times. Sure, the food was tasty but not tasty enough. For these prices everything should be well timed and the service should be better than what we experienced.

Rude little girl was working there said can't you read the sign in a disrespectful way I didn't escalate anything . The post was behind the giant beam in corner behind a support beam the angel I was coming in you see the restaurant name and door. Would never bring my anyone to eat here. Have some respect 🙏

I wouldn’t recommend LOLA at this price point when there are so many better options around Kingston.

We had the margherita pizza plus a salad takeout, unfortunately when I got home I noticed the crest was black.
I understand there's usually a little char from a wood fired stove but this was well beyond that. If I was a chef I would be embarrassed sending that order out

We had rachel as our server and this made all the difference. I come here often and love the food and atmosphere but rachel took it to another level of service. Really helpful and sincerely cares. The eggplant , the sautéed escarole and the tiger paw. Our favorites. Even keel is the drink !

Had a pleasure to visit the place on Friday. Everything was delicious and the famous Dolce Brioche Buns were out of this world. Coming back again on the 25th just to have some more.
