Stopped in here coming off the highway looking for a decent deli. Run by mother-daughter duo, we met the mother. She seemed to know everyone by name that came in (excluding us out of towners). Super polite, generous portions, bread was tasty and fresh. Exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

A nice local deli. Order at the counter. Booth and table seating. Menu includes a lot of usual deli offerings, with daily specials. His meat-stuffed sub sandwich was yummy. My tuna melt special was decent; the bread could have been more grilled. The potato salad was tasty.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the family at Market Basket. I reached out to them to cater a repast for the passing of a loved one in the area; being from out of town, I was unsure where to turn, but the staff was extremely comforting and accommodating when I reached out. The food was exceptional and the presentation and delivery was extremely professional. Thank you for helping my family in our time of need, and I hope to come by the store if I am in the area again!

Carmella was AWESOME and worthy of a 10-star review. Told her about being a vegetarian and my sensitivity to cross-contamination. No fuss, broke out a tooth brush, and started to clean the slicer to prepare my lunch.

Stars are for the GIANT decently tasty sandwich at a very decent price. Service was very friendly - made me feel at home and were very kind.You get a lot more in quality than what you'll pay for- which already is very cheap.
It was "Meh" at best. They were very grouchy in there (not the end of the world), but the chicken salad was not only small but very dry with little flavor.

They were one of very very few shops remained open & I've been going ever since.Carmella always takes care of me, she knows my regular orders and shes quick with it when i switch things up. Love her fun personality.Sometimes theres nice small talk while you wait other times theyre busy with a rush hour. Get in, get out! No matter what, they always make you feel at home. Good food, decent prices.
