The friendliest place I've ever shopped. Nearly 10 years as a member here. The food (grocery or in store dining) alone is enough of a draw - fresh, delicious and at a great value. The store-brand household items outdo any other, and home, yard, vehicle, office, gifts..what have you, great items and great prices.
Three ways in and out of the parking lot, a convenient location, and at least four, yes, four different ways to quickly check out. ps - no hassle returns/exchanges.

I love the food at your cafe. Always very helpful staff. There is one employee though I need to talk to you about. This is second time I had no so good experience with her. Not sure of her name but she is a little heavyset dark skinned girl... not very courteous, never smiles, I feel like I am bothering her. Today she seemed to be talking to this other employee young dark skinned guy, she seemed to be arguing with him. After I paid for my hotdog she handed me the change while

Love their scan and go app. First, I save a lot of time not having to go through the checkout line. Second I hate that the poor cashiers are tasked to always try to get you to upgrade your membership

First time going nobody explains anything to you when arriving about not having a membership and what to do further from there. They then have employees who are absolutely rude to customers when customer asks a question.

I always find something special at SAMs. Great selection but must get more cashiers. The wait for checking out is frustrating.
