Don't go there to have your tires put on you will be met by young boys wet behind the ears that know everything about tires and there is no talking to them with little to customers experience They have lost my trust and my business I will be going to Van Kleeks tire a little more expensive but 2 generations of knowledge

The only reason I continue to pay the membership fee and shop here is because there are no other options around here. I've been to other Sam's Club locations in other cities and states, as well as their competitors like Costco, and it's the worst store I've been to, in terms of quality and variety of merchandise and stock. It's also the only store which never, ever opens on time for Plus members' early shopping hours and have rude, immature and unprofessional staff.

Is this place closing? From the lack of stock in many sections of the store, it crossed my mind. I can't believe I pay a membership here. I happen to check out the Sam's Club in NJ and Albany and its like a different store!

Parking Stinks, never any handicap spaces open, my go to items like cases of water are never in the same place and the over all layout of the place keeps changing, they never have cases of my favorite Diet Dr. Pepper but have it as a fountain drink at food court. We always have to wait sometimes even an hour for a Handicap scooter if they are even charge red enough to do one lap around the store. They took out the food court seating instead of spacing them out. They also have to many self check outs. If they are not going to hire cashiers to do it for me I want a flat 10% discount for doing it myself as Sams is saving the money on Payroll wages, Payroll taxes, Health Benefits for employees and 401k contributions and show me the discount on my receipts instead of saying the prices of items have been kept down in the prices They get one star for having a clean bathroom.

During Covid, my definite go to place. Huge open isles, lots of space, high ceilings, and a great selection of fresh meat, fruit, vegetables, and other things I seek. I feel safer here than in any supermarket, and the staff and check out people are so friendly.

What happened to this store?!?! Waited 20 minutes and asked 3 people about getting a forklift to get a product from an upper shelf. No one ever showed up. Told one of the people that I asked for help previously and they could only say "sorry". Not "oh, let me see what I can do" or anything like that. Also, the garbage can at the entrance door was overflowing and all over the ground despite employees coming in and out to get carts. Obviously there is no one going around looking at the store and merchandise in the isles. I had to dig my way into a pallet of paper plates to get to a package that wasn't open and spilled all over. And what's up with rearranging the entire store all of the time. Just as soon as you get used to the current setup and can quickly find what you need, they rearrange the store. I'm sure that someone in upper management came up with that awesome idea to get people to walk around the entire store. All it really does is anger those of us that shop there. It's nice to be able to get in, get what you need, and get out. Not spend the day looking for what you need. Starting to reconsider my $100 per year membership.

Through these hard times Sams club staff have gone the extra steps to ensure we at the Culinarians a home for senior citizens has had the items we need consistently-- they are kind and caring hard workers we truly appreciate all they have and continue to do We Thank You from the bottom of our hearts

I honestly don't even want to give Sam's club any stars. I am honestly so hurt and upset by the company. My husband and I recently married in September. We ordered flowers in bulk to be delivered to our house. Everything went through. We paid online and we spoke to an associate about having the flowers sent to our house on a Tuesday and Wednesday. When the Tuesday came and we did not receive anything we called Sam's club wondering why we had not received the flowers. The associate was very unprofessional and rude saying it was our fault and that we never made any payment. We argued because we had emails stating that our money went through and the flowers were already paid for. We asked to speak to the manager who was also very nasty and not nice to us either. Our wedding was the following week. So we ended up having to go through Adams which instead of paying $350 we ended up having to pay $700. We spoke to Sam's Club corporate headquarters they apologized for the horrible experience we went through and sent us an e card for $25. -_____- They also said they would re-train their staff to do better. Honestly if your manager speaks to people the way I was spoken to they should be fired. And the fact that I had to pay double for flowers because they didn't do their part and they only sent us a e card for $25. I will never be going back to Sam's Club.

We really like going to Sams club never been disappointed. We can always find what we are looking for but the huge factor is the outstanding customer service at Kingston, NY store.

I love the food at your cafe. Always very helpful staff. There is one employee though I need to talk to you about. This is second time I had no so good experience with her. Not sure of her name but she is a little heavyset dark skinned girl... not very courteous, never smiles, I feel like I am bothering her. Today she seemed to be talking to this other employee young dark skinned guy, she seemed to be arguing with him. After I paid for my hotdog she handed me the change while

I always come for sam's . Today I with my wife to get box liquid ,the cashier ask for id i show the ID for him,also he said my wife need id too, 1box liquid for 2id this is not good reason ,and cashier woman was so mad ...so ...plz never againt,save u money for somewhere.......
