I ordered through the app and was able to pick up the order through the drive thru. I was in the car with my 3 kids (0-6 years old) and my dog, so walking in alone to pick up the order was not happening. Thank you to the barista that accommodated me because it was extremely helpful!

I have no problem spending $7 on a coffee! You know why? Because it’s always made the way I like it. 85 percent of the time it’s fresh! Sorry but I could never boycott this place!

I’m not sure what has been going on at this Starbucks lately. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the service has continued to get slower and slower over the past several months.

Maybe it is a staffing issue, maybe it is just a Starbucks cultural issue. When you are waiting in a drive through line for 20+ minutes on an unsweetened iced tea, something isn’t right. Their service issues need to get resolved or people will stop bothering to even attempt...
