Don't want to make it into a habbit of having to check my food every time I order to take out... Second time (out of a dozen) there was an item missing in my take out. They did make it right after.

Well I had the toughest chewy steak I have had you could have fooled me that that was a ribeye would have said something to the server but only seen her maybe once right after the food was served. Drinks left empty could ask because didnt see the server. I am a big texas road house fan. And this was so disappointing do better. If you can't have a little pride in the kitchen get another job.

The service there is always great but aside from the amazing rolls with cinnamon butter their food has gone a little downhill. Burgers overcooked last few times ive gone and quality just has gone down. Hopefully it will get better because I like Texas roadhouse

Took photos of my drink but forgot to take pics of meal. Nice waiter, was not rushed. We both go the filet medallions. Cooked precisely as ordered. Served over rice with Mushroom or peppercorn sauce on side. I ordered veggies for my sides since I came with rice. Corn was sweet and large portion. Broccoli and carrots were fresh and al dented. Perfect. Our meal was not rushed and we had a lovely meal.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Kelsie was very friendly and attentive! However, the service up front could have used a little improvement. It felt like we were being ignored for a few minutes between the time we arrived and the time we were seated.

The hostess was very nice we picked our steaks at the window n were seated then the waiter took our drink orders then we got or salads. Then we got 3 bites into our salads n then our entrees showed up n yet we still waited for our drinks if it wast for my fiance asking where's my drink who knows when we would've gotten them. They then asked us if we wanted them to take our food back but who wants a dried out steak sitting under a heat lamp dried out cause who knows when would've gotten it back. I've gotten to the point that chain restaurants hire these young kids that are interested in hanging out not the customers. The kitchen manager was beyond helpful and discounted our food which wasn't necessary but showed she cared. The food was great but I just wish the wait staff cared about their job. The actual waiter literally took our order then never came back til we had our boxes to leave thank god we didn't want another drink. If I do go back I hope hes not our waiter I'll definitely request another person he was indeed the worst ever

My server was Kaimipono. The service she provided was fast, accurate, and thoughtful. If you come to eat here I would recommend asking to be served by her!
The food was very good. The rolls were hot and the cinnamon butter was the perfect addition. My shrimp appetizer was buttery and seasoned well. My steak medallions were cooked properly. The baked potato was delicious. I think the green beans had bacon in them which was a really nice savory touch. My salad was fresh and crisp. The chili was average.
I was in the area for work. If I'm here again I will definitely return. If I lived in the area I would eat here often.
Kingston location only one within 75 miles with no wait and I can see why. Entree brought out 5 minutes after appetizers and dinner was terrible. Manager came over and said it looks fine to me. Have never had a bad experience at a Texas Roadhouse, Kingston ny location is terrible

First time visiting this location. It was really nice. It is bigger than the other location I have visited. It was a little disappointing in my appetizers. I got the grill shrimp, which served to me cold. I really wish it was hot because it tasted really good. My critters were good as always.

Good comfort food as always for our entire party. Server was friendly and efficient. My only gripe is that I used the app and we were put on the list. As we waited, they kept calling out names, but not ours. I eventually looked at my phone and I received a text 15 min prior our table was ready. Maybe my fault for not checking my phone, but I think they should call out names from the app too.
