The only thing I liked about my visit here was the waitress and waiters. They are the ones who make people want to.come eat there. Customers don't come for the food the waiters and waitresses are always so nice from minute you walk in the door until you are walking out the door. The manager that says he is the owner is not caring and not as welcoming as all of the employees.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THE BATHROOM . this weekend my kids took me out for lunch and I slipped on a bathroom rug that was soaking wet under it and no caution wet floor signs . The owner had me fill out an incident form and said he was sorry. I left several minutes after I fell I was in pain and upset I ruined all of our meals and in the end the owner took my fries off the order and we paid the rest of the bill and left. I.spent the weekend in bed and still in bed now and easter was ruined all.because of negligence on properly drying a floor where I fell. Within minutes after I fell the owner had 2 big floor dryers in and also moved the rugs to over in front of the sink where they belong I guess. It's just upsetting you would think the owner or anyone would at least call and ask if I was ok once I got home. But nothing. Actually the owner looked at me like it was my fault i fealt so.uncomfortable . So we left still hungry and upset . Very unhappy with kingstin texas roadhouse.

We go to this Texas Roadhouse all the time and usually have a great experience. Tonight, however, that was not the case. We were told they had medium rare prime rib left, but when it came it was almost well done. My husband asked for a new, correctly cooked piece and was told they were all out. He was offered a different cut, which then didn’t come out until well after everyone was done eating. When the bill came, we were still being charged for the prime rib and had to ASK for the price to be lowered to the correct price for the ribeye he actually received. We were not offered any other sort of compensation or anything for what happened

Waited an hour to get seated, Saturday night so not unusual. Once seated wait staff, Judith, was quick to take our drink and app order. Once we had ordered all our food waited an hour for entrée to arrive. Food was cold, no drinks refilled, order was correct and did not see wait staff until we were done. 3 visits to the table; take order, deliver order, once we were done, came to ask how was everything? When we mentioned cold food her response was "you should have said something". Little hard when you don't come by the table. Would not suggest trying on weekend.

Irritating...first off, We KNOW they don't do reservations, but we called to let them know that we had a group of 10 coming at 4 pm. They told us to call back at 2-2:30 & let us know AGAIN! So we did! (On hold for over 5 mins) At 3:50, we check in on the app, and they tell us to bring our party. We go in, and they have no clue of the 2 phone calls made then ask if our whole part is there. We had 6 of the 10 and wouldn't seat us, even though 6 ppl fit at an 8-person table and the other 4 walked in roughly 5-10mins after. Just total frustration and won't ever take larger groups here again!Lets talk about their IN/OUT...Texas Roadhouse Restaurants across the board need to re evaluate there whole system! Idk if they need to start shutting 1 down at a time and redesign their entryways so ppl aren't crowded at the doors or what. That is the main reason why I hate going there. You have to knock shoulders to get in AND out of this place!! Ridiculous! Their EXIT should be on the opposite side of their ENTER!! ALL TEXAS Roadhouse Restaurants should implement this! Trust me when I say this company has taken enough of my money, I'm sure they could afford this change!On a better note, the food is always great here, and our waitress/waiter is always on point....AND THAT is why we continue to go here monthly (in our town)!! Just work on the entryways for crying out loud! That is the 1st thing you see when you get there and the 1st thing that makes me (and I'm sure others) want to turn around & leave!!!
