The service here was great, our waitress was so kind and attentive. We ordered tacos and drinks. And the margarita was on point. Loved the chicken tacos I could have devoured ten more. Will be back for sure!

Tortilla uptown is my favorite place for brunch / lunch uptown. I enjoy casual lunch spots with exceptional food and this is the place. Everything is flavorful, fresh and feels good to eat. Don't sleep on this spot!

What a waste of a space. What used to be a cool looking rustic restaurant now looks like a Mexican dive restaurant. I love a Mexican dive restaurant that has really good authentic oaxacan or pueblen food. But this place basically has tacos burritos and a few other things. Would have been so nice if there were a really great higher end oaxacan Mexican restaurant in Kingston. Instead we got a very average taco place where the staff have a bad attitude.

$14 breakfast burrito to-go took 25 minutes to make with only two other orders before me. Gave a 20% tip only to have the cashier tell me I needed to go pick it up from the kitchen myself (even though she was there already and I was waiting at the register). Why ask for a tip if there is no service provided?Food was gooey and cheese was plastic-like; with service like that, it is not worth a second trip. Sissy’s down the block has way better breakfast burritos - in both taste and service.
