I learned the drive thru takes priority over customers standing in the store after about 10 minutes observing this, so I left and got into my car to order in the drive thru to find out they not only had 3 donut options available but also had no coconut refreshers. Awesome to spend 15 minutes there to leave with nothing. 🙄 drive the extra few minutes to Starbucks is my suggestion.
Coffee perfect! Staff friendly but didn't hit on my husband!
Love the coffee there but could do without the staff, whichever girl is working this morning, hitting on my husband. Not really professional at all.

Despite occasional hiccups, some customers have appreciated the manager's kindness when faced with issues, like a broken espresso machine, making up with a free snack.
