Hidden gem in Lake George!! The food was amazing! The food and drink menu are both huge and have so many options! Super cute atmosphere and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend!!

Pablo’s is a truly delicious Mexican restaurant. The fajita bowl and the enchiladas were fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, high quality, and prepared with care. The portions were perfect! As far as the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming and very willing to make modifications to suit your eating requirements. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We loved it so much we went back for our next 2 nights at Lake George! Next year when we go back to Lake George...
