Well my experience here was pretty good compared to Cinnamon on the other side of the mall. Employees attentive, Smiled, & overall welcoming. This place was more efficient than the other places in the mall.

I just want to share with everyone that Auntie Annes in SMITHAVEN MALL catered my party and it was a hit! Everyone loved all the different pretzels flavors they had. I must say my favorite is the Sweet Almond a must try! Sour Cream & Onion another awseome one.. Just a few of my favorites. Mini hot dogs in a pretzel who doesn't love that! Great idea for a party if you want to do something fun and different. More importantly the staff is so nice and helpful. They even let...

This place will forever be my heart. I love their pretzels and no matter what Anne’s I go to, they are all still mouth watering. 10/10 DONT go anywhere else for pretzels except the good old aunt unless you want to be disappointed. I always go out of my way to eat here on cheat day. I suggest you do the same.
