“This Panera Bread location has quickly become one of my favorites — even though it’s a solid 45-minute drive from my home, it’s worth every mile. Conveniently located close to the Cheesecake Factory and right next to a cinema, it’s a spot I’ve visited multiple times, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last.

The location is perfectly maintained — clean, well-organized, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a meal before catching a movie, or simply sit with your laptop and enjoy a relaxed afternoon. The staff here keeps things moving efficiently without losing the friendly, welcoming vibe that Panera is known for.

One of the best parts for me is being a member of Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club. I love that I can enjoy unlimited coffee, every two hours, all day long — it’s a perk that really makes my visits even better. Whether I’m in the mood for a hot cup of coffee, iced tea, or another favorite beverage, I can always count on a fresh refill during my stay.

The food here is consistently good — whether it’s a warm bowl of soup in a bread bowl, a fresh salad, or one of their sandwiches, I always find something satisfying. Pair that with the convenience of grabbing a drink and then strolling over to the cinema for a movie, and you’ve got the perfect outing.

Overall, this Panera Bread isn’t just another chain location — for me, it’s a mini destination. Good food, great drinks, reliable service, and a prime spot right next to a cinema make it an easy favorite whenever I’m in the area.“

“I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience with this business. During our visit, my young daughter was bitten by their cat. What should have been treated with urgency and genuine conncern was instead brushed off- both the over and her employee responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness when I voiced my frustration. I had to make multiple requests to speak to the owner in regards to this incident-yet during a later phone call, she admitted she had been there the entire time. This kind of avoidance is extremely unprofessional, especially when a child's safety is at risk. Due to the bite, my daughter required a medical evaluation and treatment, resulting in medical expenses. I had mailed the ower receipts of the co-pays and requested a refund of my daughter's medical co-pays which i still haven't received. Allowing an animal that bites to be around customers, especially children poses a serious safety risk. The lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability is how this situation was handled is unacceptable. Then to my surprise, this compmay enjoys mocking their customers on TikTok videos. One wasn't made of my daughter, but these video's paint a clear picture of how the owner, Ryan and her employee's think of their loyal customers. I cannot recommend this business nor-even give it one star!“

This is my go to place for lunch during the work week because they are very health conscience and reasonably priced. I particularly like ordering online where I can add or delete any of the ingredients to my liking. They have a huge selection of food so there is something for everyone. They have a Breakfast and Lunch menu that includes Omelets and platters of all kinds for breakfast, burgers, salads, wraps, paninis, soups, quesadillas, regular & fish tacos and vegetarian wraps and much more. “I had lunch at Soul Brew today and had a great experience. I’ve eaten here several times before, and the food and service are always good, but today really stood out. Our server, Nina, was so sweet and attentive, super helpful when it came to ordering. The playlist was off the hook, and after the crowd cleared out, the staff behind the counter were dancing and having a great time while cleaning up. It’s so nice to see people who work hard AND are genuinely happy to be there. It creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.“

Our server, Cayla, was fabulous, every suggestion she made was on point and she was so friendly and attentive. However, I’m giving four stars instead of five due to the service, which didn’t quite meet the standard I expect from a proper tea service. When we asked for cream, our server scoffed and insisted the tea didn’t need it. Once it was finally brought, we weren’t checked on again—no refills, no offer of more tea or water, and it took nearly eight minutes after we’d clearly finished before anyone cleared our table.

Still, the quality of the food and tea makes this place worth visiting—I just hope the service improves.“
