This location is not accepting its own rewards/ coupons. I ordered and presented the coupon and she said they’re not valid they are for the mobile app. I read the coupon and stated not for mobile orders I asked her again about accepting them and she said no they are not accepting them. if you got this promotion in the mail, they will not honor it.

The breakfast sandwiches I ordered were the neatest I’ve ever seen. Stacked to perfection and no overhanging bacon or cheese to make it messy.
The person who took my order was friendly and quick.
Also the cleanest and newest looking dunkin I’ve ever been in. Clean tables, clean floors, clean bathroom, what appeared to be a clean and well organized kitchen from what I could see.

I come to this Dunkin’ fairly often out of convenience, but at this point I’m consistently getting mediocre to down-right bad drinks. A lot of their lattes are jarringly bitter and other drinks like their matcha are simply not made correctly (clumpy, not blended appropriately). The place itself is very clean and has an overall decent atmosphere, but it just doesn’t outweigh the poor quality of the drinks. Food is decent, but again, it’s just not worth it for me.
