Everyone assumes that eating healthy equates to bland food, only vegetables, or no meats. Well you can cast aside those thoughts. There are tons of choices in refrigerated meals that just have to be microwaved for 2 minutes and are delicious. You can also make your own bowl at the counter as if you’re in Chipotle. You also have many drink options, delicious muffins, and their version of a rice krispy treat. Add in a very nice staff and you have a winner at the old Good Steer...
I come to hummus every week for meals, have meals for every type of person cutting weight or putting on mass. Portions are huge for the macros. Highly recommend! Very community based business!
