The food is okay but if you order Doordash they very carelessly pack the bags and then blame it on the dasher when something goes wrong, not only do they blame the Doordash driver but they also try to make them sign a waver to take responsibility for IHOPs mistakes once you show up to get the order and will lie about the pickup time which costs the drivers money (time=money) even though dashers can see it on their own app. They likely don’t even start making the order until...read full review
It's good food the service needs to improve in this location with covid and how expensive food has become, service is something that needs to be great in order to sway customers.

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and surprisingly there was not much of a wait for a table. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and came out exactly as we ordered it. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, bathrooms and plenty of parking.
