We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning and surprisingly there was not much of a wait for a table. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and came out exactly as we ordered it. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Dirty place, needs to be cleaned better and more often. Was out for breakfast last week, they brought our the syrup, used it twice, then went to grab it a third time and a baby roach crawled out of the handle. Won't be returning

The food is okay but if you order Doordash they very carelessly pack the bags and then blame it on the dasher when something goes wrong, not only do they blame the Doordash driver but they also try to make them sign a waver to take responsibility for IHOPs mistakes once you show up to get the order and will lie about the pickup time which costs the drivers money (time=money) even though dashers can see it on their own app. They likely don’t even start making the order until the dasher arrives. Apparently this ihop thinks that dashers are idiots and they’re forgetting that dashers do not work FOR ihop they work along side them. I highly recommend blacklisting this location, they have very little respect and I’ve never received a decent delivery from these people there’s always something wrong that makes the meal disappointing. Definitely don’t bother if you’re a pregnant woman expecting your order to be right.

This location is really really beat up and run down. It has that look of a restaurant that has been out of business and abandoned for yearsin and out. It can't get any worse, the food was fine though it tasted like any other I hop.

Horrible place will never go again, ordered online waited over an hour and our food never came! We called the restaurant and they told us it will come when it comes, so rude!!! It finally got here and everything was cold didn't even give us our drinks
