I heard the food was good here, I was looking forward to trying it but I walked in and walked right out. The front desk was filled with big dirty bowls from the kitchen and piles of paper all over the place. Looked dark and dirty. No thank you ! If the front is like that, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like ?

Picked up chicken and tofu pad see eww for the first time tonight. Piping hot and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Drove all the way from the Hamptons to have food here. The food is great and service could be improved. The prices are a bit too much.

My recent visit to Lemongrass Express left much to be desired. Despite being regular customers, our order experience was thoroughly disappointing. We placed our order at 8:03 PM and waited eagerly, calling several times without any clear response.

Our food finally arrived at an exasperating 9:58 PM, a wait of nearly two hours despite living just seven minutes away. The inconvenience was compounded by the fact that the rice was overcooked and clumped together, far from the quality we've come to expect. Additionally, despite requesting mildly spicy soup, it arrived devoid of any noticeable heat.

Communication with the staff, particularly with Nancy over the phone, was frustrating. While we raised our concerns, we were met with a terse response and only offered a meager $7 discount after we insisted on compensation.

As longtime patrons, this experience has left us questioning the service standards at Lemongrass Express. While we've enjoyed their food in the past, this incident has given us pause. We sincerely hope they can address these issues promptly to restore confidence among their loyal clientele.

In conclusion, based on this visit, we will be hesitant to order from Lemongrass Express in the future.

Soups are top of the dish. In winter, chicken corn soup with egg is excellent; it reminds you of your hometown street soup.

Always get take out from here occasionally. Best place to get some flavorful soup when sick. Prices are reasonable and food is really good.

I was driving around and decided I was craving pad Thai and this is the closest place to my house. went in and ordered a chicken pad Thai and an order of the spring rolls. It took around 10 minutes, pretty quick. Inside it looks mostly like a pick up type of place, but there are a couple tables and chairs. The spring rolls were crunchy and the dipping sauce is sweet and tangy. The noodles were mediocre, the chicken a bit rubbery. Definitely not the best pad Thai around. I’ll give it to them - it is a big portion for $12.

Food was amazing but the service is definitely lacking. Second time around we didn’t even stay and went somewhere else. Rang the bell 3 times, waited in the hot restaurant for 15 min and didn’t even get to order considering the cook was the only one there and pretty much ignored us. Quit being cheap, hire a driver and keep someone in the front to tend to customers. Just lost an easy 100 bucks, not smart business move.

I should’ve left a review before I ate so much. There was way more when I started. Drunken noodles with beef is absolutely delicious. I’ve had other food from here in the past but this is my first review. Will be returning here for the foreseeable future.
