Have been ordering from here for over 10 years and the food is consistently delicious and hot even when they’re busy. If they make an error they always offer multiple ways to fix it. Also if you haven’t tried their specialty soups you are missing out bc they’re one of the few places that does them well and at excellent prices.

We ordered shrimp pad thai and dry pepper chicken for pickup, but the pad thai we received was chicken instead of shrimp. Going back to fix it wasn’t realistic since it was a 30-minute round trip.
When I called, I was told shrimp and chicken pad thai cost the same. After checking the menu and seeing there was actually a price difference, I called back to ask why I was given incorrect information.
Instead of explaining or apologizing, the person on the phone responded with a defensive and dismissive attitude, immediately turning the conversation into “So what do you want me to do?” rather than taking responsibility.
This wasn’t about the money. It was about being misled and spoken to disrespectfully, with no apology at any point. Mistakes happen, but honesty and basic customer service should not be optional. DONT LIE AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE. Saying sorry is not that hard. Ruined my date.

This place used to be my favorite when visiting my family in LI, but after last night when everyone got food poisoning on Christmas it's safe to say I cannot recommend eating here. Even if it is yummy, it's not worth the hours of suffering. There is clearly some issues with cleanliness in food preparation in their kitchen.

Ordered 2 lunch specials. Chicken with broccoli- pretty good Hot shredded beef w/garlic sauce- good too saucy and sweet but flavorful. Their fried rice was tasty. The hot and sour soup was very well made, hot and delicious.

The food here is pretty good. I would have liked to have a better broth for my wonton soup because it was a bit bland but otherwise pretty good. I do recommend this place. 15min wait which is average for take out.
If you don’t give the delivery driver a tip he approves of he will comment on it and say “just this amount of tip?” Might just be me but I think it’s rude
