My wife had just come back from a painful dentist visit and wasn’t feeling well at all. She mentioned she was craving matzo ball soup from your deli, so I called to place an order and asked—hoping it wasn’t too much—if someone might be able to bring it out to her car since she was in a lot of discomfort. Not only did you prepare the soup quickly, but the owner personally brought it out to her. That simple act of compassion meant so much to us in a moment when she really needed it. It wasn’t just about the food (which was exactly what she needed and delicious as always), but the genuine care and humanity you showed. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel routine, your kindness truly stood out. Thank you for going above and beyond—it made a difficult day a whole lot better. We won’t forget it.
