BEST - BURGER EVER!!!!!! My wife and I have been here before and always had the BBQ meat platter , which was always excellent! But today, my wife had business to take care of - so she invited along and really sealed the deal when she told me that she was treating me to the RedNeck Bistro! : ) I chose the RedNeck Bistro burger. It comes with perfectly cooked french fries , but! The RedNeck Burger was OUT OF THIS WORLD - THE BEST HAMBURGER I HAVE EVER...
Delicious food and service with a smile. I sat at the bar and had a wonderful time conversing with Ania who is one of the owners. I had a chili dog (chili was a special that day and deliciously prepared), as well as a brisket sandwich and two glasses of Cabernet. They offered both a traditional BBQ sauce and a spicy maple sauce that was local; both were delicious. The hot dog was 100% beef and the brisket was extremely tender and well prepared. Prices were very reasonable...
The BOGO burgers deal midweek is a wonderful thing. Feeding my kid and myself such darn good burgers for a great price is a highlight of Placid life. My kid is the world’s pickiest eater, and he ate his huge cheeseburger in 5 minutes.
