We had dinner at Interlaken Inn Lake Placid and it was outstanding!! To start, the Inn has such a fun beautiful vibe with a gorgeous mahogany bar and elegant historic features.Food & drinks: Chef Justin prepared an incredible dinner and the service from Matt and Jason was excellent! It’s definitely beautiful Fine Dining New Orleans style. My husband had the Nightmare on Bourbon Street drink with the Crawfish Croquettes to start… then Lamb Chops… then beignets for desert....read full review

The food is delicious! We were a party of 6 and between us, we sampled almost every dish on the menu. Chef Justin’s cuisine is refined and delicate! This restaurant is up to par with the finest in Montreal!!

We stayed at the Inn over the July 4th holiday and found Casey and Justin to be wonderful hosts - so friendly! The Inn itself is nicely maintained with much of its original detail - very quiet which we were seeking. The food was fantastic as were the wine recommendations. The location is a 5 minute walk to town and Mirror Lake and so, accessible to all Lake Placid offers. Just a 7-8 minute walk to Lake Placid in the other direction - rented kayaks and recommend that.
