Great food (Peruvian and American), attentive service, nice drink selections, perfect location. I've been to Lake Placid a number of times and passed this place by, now it will be one of my go-to choices in town.The ceviche entree was amazing, a large piece of whitefish (cut up into small pieces) with some Peruvian corn and plantain chips. I've had several different kinds of ceviche over the years, but usually as an appetizer. This was different, and I was happy to make a whole meal of it. The other Peruvian dishes looked good on the menu, so I'll have to return to try some of those. The more traditional bar food looked and smelled delicious as it walked by me, but I didn't try any. They had several beers on tap, including Miracle on Ice ale (how could they not have it, given the location?). And when I saw Pisco sour (a traditional Peruvian/South American drink) as a drink option on the chalkboard, I had to try one.This is an excellent choice for a meal or snack before or after a hockey game, as it's right across the street from both Olympic rinks (and they're aware of the significance of those sites, and they knew who'd won the game I'd just watched before I came in the door).

Empanadas were plain and they refused to split the check between my group of three couples, everything is either $20 or more definitely over priced for the type of food they offer. The gratitude was over $30.

We went around 12 on a Thursday and it was pretty empty but the service was amazing! He was so nice and when I left and forgot my sunglasses he called after me and made sure I got them back! He was so so nice and attentive. The beef nachos were delicious, the best nachos I’ve had in a long time! My boyfriend got Beef Lomo Saltado and he loved it! Our server thanked him for trying the Peruvian food and being open to it and that was awesome! If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely be back!
Horrible business. At 6pm my wife called to order pizza and wings since this restaurant is walking distance to our hotel. On the phone the person ordering said they are out of chicken wings. Then my wife asked to order a pizza and the guy said sorry we are too busy to take orders and hung up on us. Will never deal with this place ever again.
