Food and view was excellent! I see some people complain about the portion sizes, but that's what tapas are! Small plates to share. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back.

Food and cocktails were delicious. Service was great. Beautiful view. Other reviews state that portions were small but the website and Google clearly states small plates. I guess some people don’t understand what tapas is.

We were excited to visit the rooftop bar after it was highly recommended by close friends. Upon arrival, we were informed there was a private event and were told to return after it concluded at 7:00 PM. After spending a few hours exploring the area, we returned at the stated time, only to be told we could not be served because the staff “couldn’t reset.” After making the effort to come back based on the information provided, this experience was quite disappointing.

Incredible view when you sit outside! The food was beautifully presented and tasted great, as well as the drinks.

Our experience was ok. The did was ok the atmosphere was good, but they have to seat you extemly close to others to make their patios keep up with demand

Portions were ridiculous (and not in a good way). Extremely delicious, but also very small portion size. Probably because the place is more a bar than a restaurant for eating (my mistake). The calamari was like noodles! (a good thing, very yummy). The tuna missed the mark with the seasoning, could’ve been sweeter and less on the tart side. Lamb chops were definitely well-seasoned and grilled but 14$ per chop and it’s the size of a kiwi, kinda nuts.
The only thing worth your money here is the drinks 💯
Don’t get me wrong the food is great but not worth the price at all. especially considering how small the portion size is.

We came to Top of the Park in Lake Placid excited to relive the great experience we had last year, where the atmosphere, food, and service made it worth every dollar we spent. Unfortunately, this time was a total letdown and honestly one of the strangest, most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
We asked to sit on the deck, but since it was full, we were fine with sitting inside and still planned to spend a couple hundred on food and drinks. Instead of simply showing us to our table, the host silently walked us outside toward the deck, confusing us into thinking we were being seated there. Then, out of nowhere, she turned us back around and dropped us at an inside table without a word of explanation.
She tossed two menus down for four people, disappeared, came back and threw one more down, then walked away. No greeting, no “I’ll be right back with water,” no acknowledgment at all... just cold indifference. After that, she vanished. We sat in disbelief for several minutes with zero service, zero hospitality, and zero effort.
As someone who has worked in the service industry for nearly a decade, this is exactly how you guarantee a table walks out. It was rude, unprofessional, and such a bizarre interaction that we decided to leave before even ordering.
It’s sad because this spot has potential and we’ve had a great time here before, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are too many places in Lake Placid where your business will actually be valued.

Great cocktails and food. Beautiful view. Talented mixologists!
The food was delicious. No complains however, we asked our host to seat us outside and while we were waiting… she put a party that came wayyy after us outside and completely forgot about us. imo, i would come here again for the view not really the food just to be seated inside

Awesome spot. I didn’t catch her name, but our server was amazing and so nice to us. Between the mocktails, on tap beers, and cocktails, all our drinks were amazing (highly recommend the bees knees). Small plates were all great, with very good portions for the price. Everything came out super quickly, and the views were amazing. Highly recommend!!

I love the view, the cocktails are good, the food is good, pricey but thats to be expected in a tourist area. However the hostess with red hair is sort of mean on the phone. And likes to glare at us. And instead of filling our waters she brought a vase of water and sort of slammed it on our table. But I’ve also been a host and a server. So I get hating your job. Her outfit was good and her hair was nice so I wasn’t even upset about her holding the world record for the world’s worst attitude. I would be the same way too. But my hair isn’t as good

We wanted so bad to try it here. We were told the grill was down, that was ok we just wanted to have a drink by the lake. They brought us water and then we sat for about 15 minutes and went downstairs. Hopefully next trip we can try again.

Amazing spot with great views and fantastic service. The bourbon selection is extensive, the cocktails are phenomenal, and the staff is friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - felt like a great balance between welcoming and upscale. This is a must visit in Lake Placid.
