Wiseguys Sports Bar & Grill

If you want a classic, all-American sports bar experience, Wise Guys is the place to go. Their wings are great, their service is great, and they have more TVs than you have eye holes. I've always had a good time hanging out with friends at Wiseguys.

Came here to watch the Bills v Chiefs game while visiting Lake Placid for the weekend. (Well it’s 5:30pm it’s still going on). Great place and good wings. Not too crowded and not too loud for those who like a more chill vibe on a football afternoon. After seeing the previous reviews from the Buffalo Girls, we had to try the wings. Very good! Buffaloians approved :) honorable mention to the bartender and server who took care of us they’re very nice people! We love lake placid everyone is so kind here haha!

If you’re looking for plentiful tvs for sports atmosphere, this is your place. Food and service were subpar and our waiter became rude and dismissive as evening progressed.

This was our second time here. The food was excellent! Delicious mango habanero chicken sandwich, and the fries are crispy and perfectly cooked. My wife liked her burger and fries, also. We'll be back again! Thanks!

The poutine was excellent, especially with the cheese melted rather than just having curds on top, which I prefer. The bartender was quick with the drinks, but the real star of the meal was the roasted red pepper soup with Gouda—it was absolutely fantastic. By the end, I was full and completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend it.

We visited on a Monday evening. The bartender was on point, if drinks were low he was there to offer refills. We ordered a quesidilla and chicken sandwich to go and they were better than every other place in town. A bit pricey but the back porch was awesome. Amazing flowers/plants on the deck and a view of the oval.

Absolutely awesome! We cut through Lake Placid and have never stopped here but we are glad we did. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. The chicken sandwich with the mango habanero sauce and the turkey club wrap was awesome as well. Kristina took wonderful care of us and we could even bring our dog inside. We're so happy we stopped and will definitely be by again.
