La Chiva Restaurant is a spot for authentic Colombian food. The food is amazing, fantastic, and consistently delicious with incredibly fresh ingredients. The best mondongo is rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, with tender tripe. The beef empanadas are outstanding with a crisp, golden crust. The seafood casserole is absolutely delicious with a generous portion, and the bandeja paisa is delicious with amazing rice and beans. The empanadas are also enjoyed. The service is great, and the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The owner greets guests, making them feel right at home. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. They are expensive, but the food makes it worth every penny. Highly recommend for authentic, high-quality food and warm hospitality.
