“I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. The food was exceptional and good size portions. The pita bread they put out on the table was so delicious I could have made that my meal. The service was extremely attentive and so personable. The Owner came around greeting everyone and made us feel like we were all family having dinner together. I am looking forward to my next visit.“

“My boyfriend and I decided to try this place last year on a whim and WOW! This is our favorite date night! We have gone back at least 10 times since! The sundried tomato butter with pita is the best thing I’ve ever eaten! The gyro platter is so flavorful and just amazing! I’ve never been to a place that has been this consistently good! The atmosphere is so friendly! Definitely recommend!!“

“UMUT, was a great waiter.. He went out of his way to go over the menu with us, we have been passing by Lezzet almost every day & finally got a chance to visit & let me say that it was worth every bite & penny. Highly recommend Lezzet! We will be back soon again!“

“this place is a gem. the food is fresh and tasty. the people are friendly. variety of food...burgers, tacos, halal (tasty chicken over basmati rice with lettuce and toppings) ....too much to list.... we've ordered from here twice and will be going back often!! “Love the quaint and comfortable atmosphere. Owner was very attentive and had great conversation with us. Our waitress Ashlynn was so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. 10/10 and we will definitely be back!“
