“Stopped by Grillmark for the first time and had a great experience. The space is clean, modern, and has a relaxed feel that fits perfectly with the whole fresh and healthy concept. The service is great.

We tried a variety of items starting with the Healthy Glow and Green Machine which were both refreshing and a great way to start. The Italian market salad was loaded and really filling, and the Greek salad had all the classics done right. We also had the Mexican salad in a pita which was fresh and something a little different.

For mains, the turkey burger and salmon burger were both solid, clean options that still delivered. The buffalo chicken sandwich added a nice kick. The house made gyro chicken with tzatziki kept things simple and fresh.

We also tried an assortment of skewers including steak, pork, chicken, lamb chops, salmon, shrimp, and swordfish which gave a great mix of everything. The side of house made quinoa tied it all together nicely.

Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for clean, fresh, and filling meals made with quality ingredients. Definitely worth checking out“

We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. One huge chicken cutlet over a generous portion of delicious rice and a tasty Greek salad- with a grape leaf and feta! I am a very picky eater but this chix was seasoned beautifully, so that if garlic, onion or rosemary(my triple threat) was used, it all blended together perfectly so that even I could not pick out the offensive spice. Amazingly, the yogurt sauce is also tasty( I hate yogurt sauce;usually throw it away). Forgot to tell them not to give it to me, so as not to waste it, but I’m glad I forgot! We purchased the small garden salad, with its generous portions of feta cheese, Romaine/ iceberg lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. We chose the protein add-ons, of fresh, grilled salmon, and, falafel.
All, were very satisfying.
We also had rice pilaf, as well as hummus, and tzatziki dips.
We liked the rice, and dips, which complemented the warm, wheat pitas.

“I went to check out the new location in Levittown after they closed their spot in Mineola. The new place looks great—clean, spacious, and welcoming.

I ordered my food to go, and it was ready by the time I got there. Everything was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I got the chicken souvlaki with grilled veggies, and it came with a small Greek salad. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

The lamb gyro was also really good—tender, well-seasoned, and stuffed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and pickup was easy. Definitely worth the trip.“
