Both my wife and I had the Babaganosh again as an appetizer. My wife had the lamb shish kebab, and I also had the market, fresh grilled vegetables. The food was so satisfying to our pallets as usual.  I'm looking to try the chicken kebab next time.
There was an obvious shortage of help that night. It was Valentine's Day and I don't know if they are always short staffed or if employees called out but despite the shortage, they did a great job! There are two levels in the restaurant and it looked like only four people working not including the manager or owner who pitched in. Good food, good service and reasonable prices make this place a true gem. The food is always fresh and delicious and if you have a hungry, young adult athlete to feed, there are combination platters on the menu that will fill that kid up. I always leave Sufiya's feeling happy that I chose to dine there and I've never been disappointed.
