I went in to this establishment this morning, as I entered I first noticed that the place was clean, then as I observed further, they definitely were organized by how much product was out thus emphasizes freshness, the front counter girl was very outgoing and had a personality to match, so far so good, I ordered a hungryman breakfast hero, a cup of coffee, and drinks. The order was handled in a timely manner, and the hungryman was actually the way a hungryman was supposed to me made, kudos to this establishment, not only was my breakfast made correctly and efficiently, I got the old tradition of service with a smile. Thank you guys! Definitely will be seeing me in the near future.

Overpriced. 14 bucks for a hero with one piece of chicken on it.

We would order from here all the time and slowly had to stop. We gave them another shot and regretted it. For the price of $12+ for a simple turkey and cheese sandwich on a roll, there was hardly any turkey. We also asked for mac salad and received coleslaw. It's not the end of the world, however, another item in our order (a salad) was replaced with a completely different salad than what was ordered. Not only was it swimming in dressing, but it did not look fresh at all. The original item ordered couldn't have been "out of stock" - the ingredients in the salad were also in the sandwich we ordered so it just makes no sense. If you don't have an item on the menu its completely fine, but maybe check with the customer to see if they even like the replacement you are giving them?

I got bagel and coffee from this location. One thing I have to say is that the customer service is really great!!. They care and value every customer. Very polite and more importantly they value your value and appreciate your business. Thus I would really tell everyone to support small, family run business like these to provide encouragement to them and show our appreciation for their hard work!!

This place is truly amazing, the people that work here are so kind hearted and made the experience so much better than the typical “New York” experience - especially as someone not from here. I would come again and again every time I come back to New York for a trip! The food being delicious is the cherry on top, obviously. But when you have good people providing good food and good service, it makes it all worthwhile. 1000/10. ❤️

The girl behind the counter and her family are pro Palestine and the movement against Israel … Once again someone not smart enough to keep mouth shut as to not hurt their business … so you side with them this is your place … place of stupidity … if your not then maybe not give them your business …

Love this place ever since new management took over! Food's great, sandwiches are never lacking, and the girl at the front counter always makes me feel like family when I walk in.

Ordered two pastrami sandwiches (Rueben and The Lake Grove) and the pastrami was so fresh. Perfect portions! And, super friendly staff. I will be going back.

Food was hot and fresh, staff was very polite and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes a great egg sandwich!
