Picked up a take-out order for myself and a friend around 5:00pm. Ordered the chicken wraps. Looked like they had been thrown against a wall and the chicken was so overcooked you could barely chew it. Also ordered apple pies. My friend’s pie was old and really dry but was better than the one I got. Mine was so old that the apples were completely dehydrated in the middle of the skeletal remains of the pastry!!! The plus?? – the fries were edible. LAST TIME I WILL EVER WASTE MY MONEY AT THAT MCDONALDS!!!!

I was this morning doing a Uber pickup up no one was at the register I seen one person wearing pajamas working in the kitchen not even with a McDonald's shirt on or should I say uniform customer service was it was very unsatisfied with their customer service for Uber eats

Just spent $60 for lunch today, for the grandchildren. I live 15 minutes away. I get home, missing from my order was fries and two Oreo Mcflurries, and a drink order not right. It never fails at the Lakeville McDonalds. I just should have looked in all the bags. I will have to do that, or just go inside and order the take out...so, I can physically go through the bags. If your paying $60, the food better be there. Ugh!

Honestly one of the nicest McDonald's that I've been to.
It's always clean, the food is generally good as far as McDonalds goes, and I can't remember the last time they've gotten my order wrong.
All around a solid place to stop for a quick bite.

Ordered twice, and both times they got it wrong, consistency is key, I suppose. Reached out to customer service, which was more of a disappearing act than anything else. I was promised a response months ago. As for the food? Arrived as cold as the customer service, which is saying something. If you're into mystery meals and radio silence, this place is a five-star experience.

15 minutes at the drive through. I've got vanilla ice at the window with his cap backwards and no McDonald's clothes on. Blaring hip hop in the back and then they asked me what I got. I told them and they still got my order wrong! Who was in charge that day?

Worst staff ever faced at any McD in the entire North America! Visited with my family for a dine-in on April 18 @ 10:10 pm, the entry wasn't allowed, knocked on both the entry doors but 3 staff inside didn't even bother to let us in or informed what's happening there! The actual dine-in hours were 11 pm mentioned on both the doors. The staff working inside didn't even look at us despite hearing the repeated knocking. Visited again on Apr 19 at 2000 hrs and dined in. Asked about yesterday's dine-in hours and was told they were short staffed and thus closed the dine-in at 10 pm. How does the customer know about this situation? There wasn't any notice at either of the doors. I was told they do it whenever they are short-staffed. Said the conversation isn't helping as they were busy at that time and nothing could be done about yesterday's incident.

Is McDonald's not obligated to the customers for operating in business hours as mentioned on their establishments or informing the customers if there is any change to timing??

Edit: Not a single McD team member bothered to respond even after two months!
