Amazing place with fantastic food. The bahn mi is delicious and one of my go to foods! Servers are so friendly and always attentive. The fall bar menu is delicious!
Since they've relocated they've been able to expand the menu and it's delicious. This is THE spot for some amazing Ramen and Tea.
My family and I love this place! There are so many boba options and they’re all great, plus the food is very good as well.

Simply Boba Bubble Tea & Banh Mi is an amazing place with fantastic food. The bahn mi is delicious, and the Surf & Turf Banh Mi is packed to the brim and beyond flavorful. The Lemongrass beef skewers are delicious, and the Lemongrass Bahn Mi is enjoyed. The ramen is flavorful and heaping, and the bubble tea is great. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. The Brown Sugar Matcha looks identical to the menu photo, and the lemonade is delicious. Servers are friendly and attentive, the owner is the nicest guy on the planet, and the staff is accommodating. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the new location has marble tables and upscale chairs that make the space feel elevated. The signature cocktail list includes a Pho Spiced Old Fashioned, and the fall bar menu is delicious. Lancaster is lucky to have another hot spot on W. Main.
